Protests continued in Kiev on Monday as supporters of former Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov took to the streets following President Volodymyr Zelensky's mid-July government reshuffle.

Footage shows demonstrators marching through the city, waving Ukrainian flags and carrying signs reading "Your money is blood money" and " Corruption kills," among others.

Fedorov's removal has sparked demonstrations across Ukraine, with supporters praising his role in advancing military technology, drone development and defence procurement reform.

Following the reshuffle, Zelensky offered Fedorov the position of deputy prime minister for military innovation.

Fedorov declined the offer, saying he needed the authority of the Defence Ministry to continue implementing his reforms.

The cabinet changes also saw Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko leave office.

On July 16, Ukraine's parliament appointed former Naftogaz chief Sergii Koretskyi as the country's new prime minister.
