Cuban athlete breaks own football endurance record: Video

Cuban record holder Erick Hernández set a new endurance record by keeping a football in the air using only his head for over one hour while seated.

The attempt, carried out under strict conditions with weights attached to his ankles, surpassed his previous record and was monitored by judges for official certification. Hernández, known for his exceptional ball control, explained the added difficulty of performing the challenge while seated, relying entirely on upper-body movement. With more than 30 records to his name, the veteran athlete continues to push physical limits and build on a long career of unique football feats.
