Russia used a North Korean ballistic missile for the deadly overnight strike that hit a residential building in Kyiv, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Thursday, citing preliminary information.

"If the information that this missile was made in North Korea is confirmed, this will be further proof of the criminal nature of the alliance between Russia and Pyongyang," he said on X.
