"If Washington commits another strategic mistake, it should know that this time it will face a new battlefield and will be seeking an escape route even more desperate than today," he declared.

Ghalibaf maintained that Tehran had already delivered a "powerful and rational response" to Washington, adding that the United States now had the responsibility to prevent further fighting.

He also said Iran's Supreme Leader had established the country's military strategy for responding to any renewed attack.

According to Ghalibaf, Tehran would not necessarily limit its response to specific geographical areas.

"Our military and strategic response to any miscalculation by the enemy will be unpredictable, in such a way that, without adhering to geographical limitations," Ghalibaf said.

The Iranian parliament speaker also accused the United States and Israel of attempting to weaken Iran's independence.

He argued that previous military campaigns had failed to break the country's "resistance" and insisted that Tehran would not give in to external pressure.

"Iran will not surrender, and this pipe dream of the enemy belongs to the era of past puppet and dependent regimes," he stressed.
